Working Conditions

The search for "zero risk" being our top priority, an optimal analysis of professional risks is fundamental.

To optimize the rules relative to the protection of our employees and improve our staff's working conditions, a Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commission was created. In addition, the company relies on the British Standard OHSAS 18001 to provide a workframe for the evaluation of the Health and Safety at work management system.

This commission is divided between a main committee based in Abidjan and a committee representing staff at our various operating sites in Ghana and Liberia.
